Italian Sausage Stuffing

Manicotti or Ravioli

Pasta is a must in any Italian meal, even Thanksgiving! Manicotti are pasta tubes are usually filled with a creamy ricotta cheese mixture, sometimes mixed with spinach or other vegetables.

The manicotti are then covered in marinara sauce and baked until bubbly and golden brown. It’s a rich, comforting, and delicious dish that’s perfect for Thanksgiving!

Ravioli is another classic pasta for Thanksgiving! This stuffed pasta comes in many different filling options which make it a great option– you can do a ricotta stuffed gnocchi with sauce or embrace fall with a butternut squash ravioli!

Anise

If you go to an Italian Thanksgiving you might be wondering what the white veggie might be– it’s anise, also known as fennel!

What meal is complete without dessert? Nutella tiramisu is a delicious twist on the classic Italian dessert, perfect for chocolate and hazelnut lovers. It features layers of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, creamy mascarpone cheese mixed with Nutella, and chopped hazelnuts on top.
